Look at you! YOU are 9 months. To celebrate this time, we took you on your first trip to the park. It has been a cold and snowy winter but on January 29th it was sunny and warm. You loved the park and all the things on the ground. We couldn't let you play on the ground to much because it was a little muddy but you enjoyed it still. We had to take off the bumper on your crib. You liked it so much that you would pull it down and snuggle up against it to sleep. While that was just so sweet, we didn't want anything to happen to it because your MiMi made it special for you. Mommy was nervous about taking it off because your little limbs can still fit through the slats on the crib but you have done so good. You like to bang your toys up against the slats because you LOVE to rattle, bang or shake anything.
You are such a happy baby. Always smiling and clapping! You like to play so much that sometimes you don't even realize you are hungry but don't worry, Mommy feeds you all sorts of yummy things. Peas are still your FAVORITE! You are such a tidy eater too. No messes with you! Mr. Giraffe is still your favorite toy because he squeaks and he is easy for you to hold. We take him everywhere!
Everyone in your doctor's office thinks you look just like your Daddy. Mommy is ok with that because your Daddy is good lookin'! Do you know what you do that is just like your Daddy? You smack your mouth in your sleep. Daddy has always done that and last night Mommy heard you doing it too! It is so fun to watch you grow and to see the similarities of Mommy and Daddy in you. You are ours and we are yours!
